I want to rebuild a new image and have this error :

Split from How to build github Example Image .

We currently have a breakage with latest Debian packages because:

A) We (have to) use buster-backports, and that became broken. I've informed Debian already, they are working on a fix, see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=980928).

B) We use a rather fragile pre-installation mechanism for nasty non-distro npm packages, and that is falling apart now.

The second issue is harder to solve, but we are on it. See also https://github.com/siemens/meta-iot2050/issues/90 on how to work around this via debian snapshot - and pitfalls of that approach.
