ULTRAMAT 23 Measuring Problem

Hi,

Is there someone have a case where ULTRAMAT 23 detect min flow in measuring but there is flow detected in flowmeter? when doing Autocal (purging with measuring gas), the progress stop in 02:21 time left. The fault symbol is occur when go to MEAS window. The fault is "Flow too low during measuring" and "Flow too low during AUTOCAL".

How much is the flow in the flowmeter? try to increase the flow.

The ULTRAMAT 23 needs between 1,2 and 2,0 liter / minute Sample gas flow.

If this is the case, then the "pressure switch" into the analyzer is defective.

or need to see any tubing inside the analyzer is leaking or disconnected by opening the top cover of the analyzer.

New Pressure switch has the order number: C79302-Z1210-A2

Are there any issues with using internal tubing in the Ultramat 23 other than Viton?
