Why can't TIA Portal detect devices when no windows firewall or anti virus firewall? Always failed to detect the devices..

First thing, whether you can ping the device? next are you sure you are using wireless mode of connection to plc? |

Hi, reason could be a defect Software Interface but you can reapir it - check the following FAQ: How do you generally parameterize the PG/PC interface and how do you ensure that the device driver can be selected and is visible?If you communicate over Routers / VPN you also should check if all needed ports are unlocked.
