Why can't TIA Portal detect devices when no windows firewall  or anti virus firewall? Always failed to detect the devices..

To use the "accessible Devices" function in TIA Portal there are used DCP Telegrams (Mac Adress based Broadcast telegrams). If you use a WiFi router or Access point very often the Access Points do not support DCP forwarding.

So if you want to use it with Wifi/WLAN then you have to use a AP with DCP forwarding. (There are SCALANCE APs that can do it.)
