Hello, I am trouble shooting a 6ra2675 drive that runs normally from cold start for about 20mins then shuts down. It still has the signal to run but the dc drive stops firing and the voltage on the drive drops to 0 as the table slows to a stop. Led V79 lights immediately when the drive fails. I have cold sprayed all components (except the power thyristor/diode modules, as they are too difficult to get to), without any fault clearing. After about an hour stopped the drive will operate normally again for 20mins before stopping. If I power off the drive to reset it and restart without allowing it to cool, it will start and shutdown in about 3secs with the same V79 phase loss/reduction led. My next move is to replace the 6 thyristor/modules. I will post the results.

I have solve the problem of a single phase (V79 led) fault in the drive. The 3ph control transformer mounted on the circuit board would go open on one secondwinding after about 20 to 30 minutes of operation. I found this transformer on eBay and installed it on the circuit board. This drive works perfectly now.
