I have already done everything by the book. Also stated that when I use LAN - I can see nodes, when I use wifi - I can't. So my problem is different than the solution You posted.

Have You met with this kind of problem before ?

Does your wifi access point support Profinet?

Scalance do, but you have to check for this feature if you use a third-party AP.

Can you ping it via wifi?

Can you do a little schematic with devices and IP address?

Some of my customers have experience this in the past with Cisco router.

If you are able to ping but not to see the device, I am pretty sure Profinet is the reason.

 If your PC is connect to X1P1 and the PLC on X1P2, it is like if you connect them on a hub.

It does not go through the wifi.

That's what I though, you can ping them and go online with them because it is on Ethernet.

When you scan the devices, it is on an other layer, Profinet.

Some of my customers had those kinds of issue with third party devices.

It will be impossible for you to get answer from technical support, they will tell you it is not their product.

I don't have any solution other than taking an access point that support profinet, like the Scalance.

What do you mean by mobile? (connect on 3-4G?)

There is a lot of choice with Scalance, even via 3-4G, so my best advice would be for you to use the "TIA Selection tool".

There is a "Industrial Communication" section where you can select the perfect device for your needs.

I use Scalance W748 for client,m W788 for access points and M874-3 for 3-4G application.

you have used the same PG/PC-interface. Could you try an other?

If the PG/PC interface is correct, it seems that something, that is used to get connection via WiFi doesn´t supports Profinet. 

Profinet is a Layer-2-protocoll. When you searching for accessible nodes a MAC-address-broadcast is running. If something that connects to the network is routing over IP(Layer-4) it doesn´t connect.

By mobile I meant...portable :) sorry for confusing You. I need one portable so I can travel with it from site to site and not have to mount it in the rack etc... Do You know any of these ?
