Hello, i have gone through your attacment. i feel problem with parameter setting of AI module in hardware configuration. so i suggest you try with default settings of module with proper selection of analog signal type and analog signal range.

Ayzetina Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hi Amit, I've already set the default settings for this card, In order to avoid the "Human Error factor" I tried with a project from sketch, with all the default settings, even for the Cp341, and also I have another problem, as you can see I have two AI 8x16 bits modules, but also have two AI 8 x RTD modules, and I have the same problem for this modules. Ayzetina Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hi Ste 39, yes when I connect a meter to the pins of the module in which I connect the 4-20 mA signal, I can measure current flow in the meter, but I have no reading of this in the variable table. Thanks for answering

As I told you I'm using a 331-7NF10-0AB0 module, and this one do not use the side configuration option, So the only way to do so is on the Hardware Confogurator. I've already try to disable the unused channels, but once again even when I'm not connectign anything it wont get any signal, also when I connect the 4-20 mA signal it still wont read the value from this module. I also try with the High limit and low limit set option, but once again when I connect the signal I have no way to read it. Thanks for all those who answer, but is there something else to do that I haven't tried?? Note: I've already tried to read this signals also with Step 7. Do you have a calibrator?? this tool is used to inject 4-20 mA to the analog input module to test it. This tool can be very useful in your case.

Does the setting of H/W Config detect an electric current? A hints: Do you know that you can monitor I/O in H/W Config if you use STEP 7?
