HI,

I use comfort panel + S7-1500 under TIA V15.

I make loggin on panel through job mailbox from PLC. After send from PLC to HMI in job mailbox number 23. On HMI is logged user "PLC USER".

I create user "OPERATOR" on HMI and set up logoff time on 5 minutes. How I change logoff time for "PLC USER" on HMI?? I can not find it.

Hello Mira,

you have to add a User view (TIA > Toolbox > Controls) to one of the screens. In this view you can adjust the logoff time for user "PLC User". Please check, if this logoff time is reset to 5 minutes when re-loading the user administration.

Hi i didn´t find it. I have basic panel. In user view is not this possibilities. 

the translator says "čas odhlásenie" is the Slovakian expression for "logout time".
