ProDiag messages are messages that are sent from the controller to the HMI. This is similar to a program alarm.

However, the operating device must be able to process these messages, which is not the case with a Basic Panel.

In order to be able to display messages from the controller on an operating device, at least one Comfort Panel is required. In connection with ProDiag, there are even additional evaluation options, as controls can be used specifically for ProDiag as an option.
