I also can't change the date & time format on my Basic panel. There's no "Regional" setting tab on the HMI & in the tree on the PC there's only "System"... No "event" or anything else. Any idea? Any one?

I don’t know if this will help anyone, but I do have a distant memory of being shown this by a chap from Siemens. What my memory is, is that you have to have the WinCC Comfort add-on to be able to import the system events at all. Now of course, you only need the WinCC Comfort add-on for Comfort panels and above, but even for Basic panels, you cannot import the system events unless you have the WinCC Comfort add-on. And the other surprise for me about the WinCC Comfort add-on is that, even having the professional version of TIA Portal doesn’t automatically give you the WinCC Comfort add-on. You still need the separate WinCC Comfort add-on licence. Just to be clear, with the Basic version of TIA Portal, the WinCC Comfort add-on will still give you access to the system events. And for a reason that I would love someone to explain to me, the licence for the WinCC Comfort add-on is significantly more expensive than is the TIA Portal basic licence.
