Can't modify the Set PG/PC interface program

Nambronwvic Member Joined: 1/6/2022 Last visit: 6/3/2024 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I only have ProSave on my machine and I can't modify the Set PG/PC interface program because it's not installed... I can back up other HMI, the fault appears to me only with the KTP700BASIC model. any other suggestions? thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from could not establish connection prosave ktp700 basic panel prosave.

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 11/5/2024 Posts: 14087 Rating: (1766)	Hello Nambronwvic If you have Prosave installed then you also have got PGPC settings installed! -> Open Windows Control Panel -> (use the classic Control panel, not the new one from Win10) -> you can also use: Start->Run-> control -> use the view: small Icons or large Icons!!! -> Then you will also find the PGPC Settings Icon Bye Murof
