I have the same problem! How you fix them?

But in my case, when i trying factory reset via

prosave(v13.0.0.0) OsUpdate button is not interactive. I can't press them. But connection is ok, because when i press "device status" button ktp answer "transfer saccessfuly completed" and make some flashing.

I think maybe it is because my ethernet cable is not crossed as written in the instruction?

I,m in the field and can,t any chanse to make crossed ethernet cabele. can anybody try th
