please I need support on the OP17 Error message

I cannot Acknowledge the fault at OP 17 HMI panel

The fault appearing "switch motor protection drive motor" and "switch motor protection vacuum pump" are already reset and digital input on PLC is available but still fault don't disappears

appreciate technical advice sir

 Hello,

Nobody can  help without protool project downloaded to OP17 to get the trigger bit of this message, and also the PLC software and being online with PLC to monitor.

Nobody can  help without protool project downloaded to OP17 to get the trigger bit of this message, and also the PLC software and being online with PLC to monitor.

 Hello,

You have an alarm message and you don't know the reason or triggering condition. To know it you should monitor PLC after getting the triggering bit of this message.

If you take a backup from OP17 and then restore same backup on the OP17 again, nothing will change. Because the problem that make this alarm message appears is still happening.
