COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PLC AND OP

Arkaitz Posts: 30 Rating: (0)	Hello! I have a question about the communication with the Plc and the OP (KTP1000 BASIC/PN). I want to know which signal sends the PLC to the OP to know that there is a communication fall. Because i want to put a text that indicates that the communication goes down.But i haven`t got any signal to know it. The only thing that happens when the wire is dicconected is the appearance of this symbols in the analogic texts # # # # # # and i want to use that signal to put my text.Is it possible??? The alarm should be there as a system message. Best regards, Marcjan

Thanks Hello, You do not have to develop it yourself as it is automatically appears on the screen. When you connect the Panel to PLC, a message appears telling you "Communication Established" And when you plug out the socket from the Panel, a message appears telling you "Communication Disconected".
