I'm looking for a way to make a setup with a PLC and a HMI. But i need to be able to see and control that panel from my sell phone and laptop. annyone who can help me with how i can do that? 

From what I already found i can do that with sm@rt service. But my question around that are,
-Do i need a sertain type of HMI for that?
-What software do i need to program all of this?
-Is there annywhere a good manual of how to program this?
-What do I need except a PLC and a HMI?
-Are there other options next to sm@rt service?

Its very well possible with Sm@rt Server  Functionality of HMI . It works with following hardwares,

1) Basic 2nd Generation HMI ( Sm@rt Server license)

2) Comfort Series( No license)

2) WinCC Adv Runtime 

Sm@rt Client View can see on Android/ios Phone/Tab with Sm@rt client app and Sm@rt Client.exe for windows application.

Does that mean that I always need WinCC sm@rt server for Runtime Advanced and I only need t buy WinCC Sm@rtServer for SIMATIC Panels if I use a device version lower than 14.0.0.0? And does that 14.0.0.0 stand for WinCC Comfort V14 or what does that mean?

Also, What is the difference between the Sm@rtclient app and the lite version of it?

Ans: Yes, License is required. WinCC sm@rt server

I only need t buy WinCC Sm@rtServer for SIMATIC Panels if I use a device version lower than 14.0.0.0?

And: Yes, lower than V 14.0.0.0  , you need licenses  Sm@rt Server for HMI and WinCC Adv RT .

Since V14 , Sm@rt server is part of TIA Portal V14 image  so user don't need license for comfort series HMI

Now same functionality is available for basic 2nd generation HMI with WinCC Sm@rt Server license version ( with earlier version it was missing).

14.0.0.0 is OS version of HMI Panels /WinCC Adv Runtime.

The Lite version visualizes the screen of an HMI Panel on a smartphone or tablet. Additional functions like automatic connection detection, connection management, unlimited operation time and remote function keys operation are included in the full version of SIMATIC WinCC Sm@rtClient app.
