Hello, I want to make fb myself to generate pwm pulses that can be controlled by percentage, because the number of pwm outputs of the plc is small, I want many outputs to control the heater. Can anyone help me? I will be grateful. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, the "easiest" way is to use the PID_Temp or the other PID-controller. Otherwise you can create a own PWM-controller. You can use the Library of general functions (LGF) for SIMATIC STEP 7 (TIA Portal) and SIMATIC S7-1200 / S7-1500 There you can use the function LGF_Frequency. At this funcrion you can control the pulse-pause-ratio by a constant frequency. You can convert the pulse-pause-ratio from 0..100 % to your necessary ratio with a simple calculation. Hope this is helpdul. regards CaOd |
