Hi All ,

        I am using  TP1200 Comfort panel,  i want to download my backup from usb.  

     1.  i created a pack and go zip file of the backup

     2. Move the file in the usb and insert the usb into HMI

     3. Change the trasfer settings to USB device in control panel of HMI

     4. Open Service and Commissioning / load project from external Device / select usb / scanning.

     5. After i select USB and go next , it start scanning and keep on scanning i waited around 40 min.

     6. Am i following the correct procedure.

Please let me know if there is any other way.

Or did you perform a Backup from panel to USB stick?

   For the Comfort panel and if you are using V14 or above then go through the following link to download the program in your comfort panel using memory device.
