I was  going through the logic and find few bits whom doesn't have any addresses I am mentioning those bits at the bottom with a red mark if anyone can tell how to find the address of these bits or what these bits can be and they have no cross reference but when i try local application instead of cross reference then it helps in finding out something with the same name as these bits.

I can not provide the exact answer without checking the block you are talking about and if  it is FB/FC also check one of its instances.For that, if possible select blocks related to your question , make an archive and upload it here for more comments.
