Hai,

all these modules will detect when you do detect option. but that will be saved with default adress.

say, while doing programming, DI default adress was starting with 10, you made it from 12 (just an example). when you do detect, it will detect with default adress 10, not with downloaded adress 12.

if you downloaded this hardware config again, you are finished

also cpu property like clock, retentivity range etc will not get uploaded. so you should have original bkup. there will not be any problem for program blocks.

I would like to upload the programs from a Siemens S7-1200 PLC. And it's very important not to touch any configuration on the PLC, because it's a working machine's PLC and I would like to see only the values of it's timers.

So I did the same like in your video. I choosed the Unspecified CPU, then detect, but I got and error: "Order number could not be found online". I attached a screenshot about it. You can see that on the project tree there are no programs or anything.

Could you tell what could be the problem? I usin Tia Porta V12 SP1.

On the other hand I know the order number. So I configured the device, but then how could I get the program? I tried Online / Accesible device / Show, but I can see the same in the project tree, so no programs.
