I'm currently having the-same issue except i have changed the IP,Subnet M.,D gateway on both computer and Logo all proved futile. So here i am asking for your kind support.

Logo details

Type-12/24RCEo

IP - 192.168.126.051 / Subnet Mask - 255.255.252.000 / Gateway - 192.168.124.001

PC details

IP - 192.168.126.049 / Subnet Mask - 255.255.252.000 / Gateway - 192.168.124.001

I'm also not an expert at subnets, however I don't see the problem in yours. 

According to my knowledge a subnet of 255.255.252.0 would result in the folowing IP ranges:

Start : 192.168.124.1

Max: 192.168.127.254

I do however remember having similar issues when connecting to a Logo when the wrong network connection was selected. For instance: when I tried to connect through a cabled connection and the LogoSoft linked to the wireless connection. 

From your screenshot i see you connect via an Intel ethernet connection, I assume this is wired. Is your computer also connected via a cabled connection or via Wi-Fi?
