problem in getting ouptput signal from digital ouput card

Monal Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	hello Tech Team, i am new user to siemens S7300 series PLC'S. i am testing a simple and, or logic program.i have downloaded the program to my CPU 315-2DP,using Input card SM321 DI 3224VDC (1P 6ES7 321-1BL00-0AA0) ,and Output Card SM322 DO 1624VDC/0.5A (1P 6ES7-1BH01-0AA0).I amhaving problem in getting an output signal from it.when i press the swtiches the input indicators on DI card shows indication that input is on(LED's on card glows)but there is no indication on output card.i have useda LED as an output indicator.indicator led on card shows nothing nor the output LED glows.what would be the problem i am attaching the program image,which i have made in S7.and i have monitor the program using S7 monitor function as instructed in its manual working with S7lite.program runs but i am not getting ouput signal at my output card. Please look at the module manual for wiring. Find you modules in thi manual SIMATIC S7-300 S7-300 Automation System Module Data and see how to wire correctly/.

eng_semsem Experienced Member Joined: 5/1/2009 Last visit: 5/23/2021 Posts: 144 Rating: (1)	Hello 1- open variable table and write your i/p and o/p as attachment file then go to online and see you i/p and o/p states if it work as you need so please PDF file and reconnect your hard word power supply and if does not work 1- be sure you down load OB 2-Download your program with a diffrent i/p o/p 3-clean your PLC from any FB or FC and download your program again Attachment Desktop.zip (423 Downloads)

Like Darius said, this is probably a wiring problem. Make sure you connected 24V DC and 0V DC to your output card as well as supplying 0V DC to your input card. Same 0V DC must be on both cards.
