Sorry to bring up this topic from long time ago, but I'm having problems on my loadcells, and the post is related on how to check / troubleshoot if a loadcell is defective or not.

The weighing module I have is Siwarex M.  Is it the same with the above ( procedure in checking the volatges ) ?

a) Pin 12 (+) and Pin 13 (-)

b) Pin 8 (+) and Pin 9 (-)

c) Pin 10 (+) and Pin 11 (- )

Please advise on how to check loadcell conditions.

Hello Siwarexi,

I was able to do the re-calibration of the load cells ( The parameters in the siwatool: Adj weight: 100 kg, Max Load: 600 kg ).  During the testing of the recipe ( simulated with water ), the siwarex unit will fault when reaching the weight of 117 kg, ( limit weight set is 280 kgs ) and online error report generated is 

( EF2 Occurence ) Control limit exceeded or passed below.

I have tried re-calibrating again, but i still got the same error.....we used to weigh before about 250kg, and the siwarex will not fault ( red led alarm in siwarex and plc ).

What might possibly cause this error? I do not have spare siwarex m unit, to test the hardware.
