Using a TP1200 touch panel without keyboard with WinCC Advanced V13 SP1.A system function "OpenInternetExplorer" is configured on a button Press event.

When Internet Explorer on the panel is opened, it is opened full screen and has application focus. The operator then uses the pull-down menu in IE to hide the toolbar (View->Hide Toolbars), and now can no longer use any of the toolbar controls (i.e. exit, back, forward, etc.) and cannot access the HMI runtime since IE has focus with full screen.

Is there any way to unhide the IE toolbar with a touch panel without a keyboard (I know F11 will bring the toolbar back) if the IE toolbar has been hidden?

What type of application do you want use via IE general in HMI ?. If you want to see the web page of device via IE general then instaed of IE general use the HTML browser. Their you will get all functionality of Zoon In/Zoom out/Forward/backword etc.
