tp177A problem with one function

automation_1 Posts: 133 Rating: (2)	After some downloads all push buttons with function "change pag.1" doesn t work anymore; all other push/buttons to go in other pages are working well;any ideas? i use winccflex 2008 HF3 i have tried to install SP2 without success: error message relate to a file Hmsi.exe

What happen with you? If it is working then the problem may be in the touch screen. Most likely you have to recalibrate the touch screen. It will be better if you send yoour software here and / or tell us waht is the error message you have.

automation_1 Posts: 133 Rating: (2)	With simulator everything is working, (exept in some graphicsi havewhite background while i setted grey); the problem i think is TP177A (some firmware upgrade to do) because it has been working with this project; idownwas tryng toinstall update 13 for flexible SP2 but when i` m installing SP2 it stopps and a message says to close winccflexible2008\Hmsi.exe (i don t have anything open, may be i should remove it ? it is a file in winccflex2008 folder)

In case of update WinCC Flex to SP2 Upd13 you will need to update version of panel. (http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21742389 http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19701610). Did you receive this message concerning hmsi.exe before?
