I want successor  product of TP277 HMI 6AV6643-0AA01-1AX0 and HMI program migration is possible form Wincc Flexible to TIA portal ?.

Migration Guide

Please check the above link for Migration Guide on how to migrate WinCC Flexible to TIA. I don't think there is one to one Replacement available for TP277. You can check on different panels depending on your use case. Comfort panels gives more features than Basic panels. You can select depending on your project.
