Hi Everyone,

I have a new PC with Win10. Before with my old PC Win10 the connection with Internet explorer was ok. Now I try to connect with the same TP1200 panel and I have the problem (see attached) VNC Authentification is grayed out.

Someone has an idea? it should be something related with Win10 or internet explorer 11...

When I use SmartClient application... Also an issue "timed out" but connection is established

 I think the smart server service is not running properly in your HMI. Try to restart the service and a reboot. Maybe it can help.

Hello,

I was having the same issue and out of curiosity I uninstalled Java 8 and installed Java 7, and the issue resolved. There appears to be a compatibility issue. Hope this helps.

I had also the same issue, by installing JAVA 7 32 bit  resolved my issue.

Configuration was Win 10 machine and TIA 15.1

Rember to uninstall the JAVA 8 if it was installed earlier.
