It's not good. Build 16299 ist V1709. |

Hello I have had the same issue, and it was solved by ChristophD and update Step v5.6 HF5. Thanks for that. My problem startet with a Windows update. 21/8-2018 I´m running win10 on a brand new mashine, preinstalled with ver.1803 (build 17134.228). No support for me! I don´t know, how to rollback windows update pryer to delivery time ex. ver.1703? But maybe I have a tip, on how to stop the updates from windows. This is not recommended, but meant as a tool for fault finding. https://www.windowscentral.com/how-stop-updates-installing-automatically-windows-10 Note everything is working as it should.
