When trying to access the browser in the HMI, a DNS error page is displayed.

amar_bira_dar Joined: 6/3/2023 Last visit: 6/14/2024 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello could you please tell me the IP address , subnet mask & Default Gateway used here are from the same series of router or what, apart from these settings do i need to change anything in router side , HMI & in TIA Project ? Because i am using TP1500 HMI , X1 Port is in connection with PLC with same series of IP address, x3 port ip addresss in same series of router, but when i try to access browser in hmi it gives me an DNS error page.. so please anyone help me it working me for only in simulation not when i connect it to router through LAN. can anybody tell in brief complete steps to follow one after other.. Thanks in advance ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Sending mail with Gmail using Comfort panel.

Which TIA Version /Panel image Version do you use? Can you do a Ping to the site you want to reach? (use a PC in the smae subnet and do a Ping to google.com then you see the ip address, use this ip for a pin on the panel; on teh Panel you can use the command prompt in teh WinCE for a Ping) Bye Murof
