Hello AliSoltani, I didn't learn with books but for others it might be helpful to know what version of WinCC you want to learn about. As you are posting your question here I'm guessing WinCC (TIA Portal). But what exactly?

Don't underestimate the manuals. They have a search function and include some example snippets.
