Then why i cant found my PLC in accessible devices.

Do you know to what subnet mask your PLC is configured for?
Please make sure your PC is set to a fixed IP address
that falls within the subnet mask configured on your PLC.

I have downloaded both Simatic Automation Tool and primary setup tool and check with both tools but problem still exist.

In Simatic Automation Tool following message showing.

I can change IP Of Same Device (PLC ) with another laptop, but not through my laptop.

Do yu hav ea S71500-> then you can set the IP Adress also in the Front Display.

If you have a Anti Virus Software deactivate and do the Test again.

The first post is talking of 192.168.2.203
which is outside the range of the PC and PLC you mention now.

What is the 192.168.2.203 address for?

Yes 192.168.2.203 is previous IP Of PLC but for checking i take my friends laptop and i changed PLC IP without any error to 192.168.0.1. & Subnet : 255.255.255.0

And then again connect PLC to my Laptop & change Laptop IP to same series 192.168.0.22 , 255.255.255.0 and tried but same problem arise again.

showing message "No devices were found on the network" 

My Laptop SW  Version V13 SP1 Update 9

And Other Laptop SW  Version V13 SP1 Update 7 ( With This I can change IP of Device)
