                            I wanna communicate with S7 1200 PLC (CPU 1214 DC/DC/DC) with Omron CJ2M CPU 31, is it possible?.. If possible please guide me the procedure to achieve the communication.

You have to find out protocols supported from Omron.

In Siemens S7-1200 you can use ProfiNet, Modbus TCP, Ethernet Socket communication. If you add a serial card to the S7-1200 Modbus RTU and ASCII and some other protocols is supported

Your Omron CJ2M-CPU31 supports Ethernet/IP:

CJ2M-CPU3[] / CPU1[] / MD21[] - OMRON Industrial Automation

The serial protocols supported by the Omron add-on modules are not supported by a Siemens PLC.

What I suggest is a gateway from Profinet to Ethernet/IP between the 2 CPUs; for example (there are other manufacturers yiu can find on the web):
