Hello, regarding to your inquiry we would like to inform you. The SDBs (System Data Blocks) represent the programmed hardware configuration of the moduls in the rack. The type and order numbers (MLFB-Nr.) of the moduls in the rack must be the same as the programmed moduls in the hardware configuration. By each change in the rack and in the hardware configuration you have to save and compile the hardware configuration and after download. We recommend to make a reset by the CPU and delete the SDBs in the SIMATIC Manager. After save and compile the hardware configuration again so that you receive the new generated SDBs. Download the new SDBs in the moduls of the rack. Please see the home page of the SIMATIC customer support and find the following FAQ which do you will find by the quoted Beitrags-ID: http://www.siemens.com/automation/csi_en/product Further informations you will find in the FAQ: "Rejected diagnostics connection via TCP/IP protocol after changing the MAC address", Beitrags-ID: 15144693.
