Extended website Navigator menu not visible on home page using chrome

I have a "customized site" set up with a home page and one other page, I have added the page and linked the page to the navigator menu in the web server software. when I log into the web site with Google chrome the home page is visible and the project I/O works but the navigator menu bar is not. so I cannot go to my other page. Firefox does not show the navigation menu bar either. windows Edge browser is the only browser that the side menu bar is visible and functioning. I have updated google chrome to the latest version and enabled java script. I have cleared all cache. I have reinstalled google chrome. I have tried another computer. But nothing has worked in fixing the problem. I have unloaded a test project with screen shots showing the missing menu in chrome and the functioning menu in Microsoft Edge. I was wondering if anyone else has seen this and has a solution. Thank you
