so you want to know the LED-status in the PLC-programm?

Have look to SFC 51 "Read System State" in following manual:

System Software for S7-300/400 System and Standard Functions Volume 1 and Volume 2

There is a SSL-ID(system status list) for the LED of the modules, chapter 34.4
