hi i'm talking about using inputs and outputs at the same time. two plc-1500, two et200 actually when the first plc has fault, the second plc read and write on inputs and outputs of et200 that assign to first plc |

Hello goudarzi; If I understand your situation correctly, i could be that yur solution might be a redundant pair of CPUs, in which the standby CPU is able to use the same I/Os in case the primary CPU fails. For the S7-1500 this would mean either a S7-1500R or a S7-1500H. The s7-1500H uses a fiber-otpic cable connection between the 2 redundant CPUs, allowing extremely fast data exchanges between the two CPUs, so the standby CPU is alwatys updated on the status of the shared I/O and program of the pimary CPU. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ar/en/view/109754833 Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
