I got this issue and i try in below it was did not work. 

Press “Cancel” => Message box does not disappear even if you attempt to push “Cancel”. It feels that the button does not react to pressing.

=> Power Off => On does not change the situation.

=> Pressing “Yes” button does not feel it is reacting.

Do you have any advised?
