I have a panel pc running Win10 with Wincc Flexible 2008 SP5. When I start the runtime manually, only ##### shown and no status are being updated. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Wincc Runtime SP5, Establish communication to plc problem..

If yes, Open the connection menu and see what type of connection between the PC and PLC. Check the cables, and connectors and also set PG/PC interface. You can also tell us here type of connection, Is it Profibus, Profinet or MPI? In case of Profibus or MPI, your Panel PC should have PCI card for Profibus / MPI. And in case of Profinet, please check that you have made the setup of ethernet interface driver of the Panel PC.
