Dear experts.

I have a project of measuring nitrogen flow with a differential pressure, I use the RMC 621 toolkit to get the differential pressure value, and I also have a pressure and temperature measuring sensor, also connected to RMC 621, analog output 4-20mA of RMC 621 I took the value of Nm3 / h flow and pressure to put on the PLC monitoring.

I have 2 monitoring computers accessing the PLC via the IP address of the PLC.

1 computer directly connected via layer 2 switch.

1 PC connected from the layer 3 switch (optical cable from the first layer 2 switch to the layer 3 switch)

the computer on the layer 2 switch will connect to the PLC to get the traffic signal ok, but the computer on the layer 3 switch will connect flickering (the TCP / IP connection is blinking and it can't connect).
