Searching the Cognex website, it seems that the Datama 200 series is Profinet capable.

As you probably know, the S7-1200 has an integrated Profinet port that you could use to connect with the Dataman 260, using the provided GSD file.

You should look at the Profinet section of this document (from page 123):
