Hi I am encountering the same problem with my CP341 rs422/485. I have checked that the Modbus parameters match, the slave address exists and the reply monitoring time is 2s, which should be more than enough for a simple 'Read Actual Values' Modbus command. The ELPRO Radio has 2 terminals A and B I connected pin 4 from the CP to pin A on the radio and Pin 11 on the CP to pin B on the radio I have tried swapping the the pins 4 and 11 but still no luck. The code 'appears' to be working - I get a brief flash on the Tx LED every 2 seconds, which is the PtP reply timeout configured in the CP-341. The Modbus message appears to be constructed correctly. The data that I send displays on the radio's registers. I even hooked up the modscan software to see if the response packages from the radio was not correct but it respondes correctly to all requests. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Splitted from Communication problem (MODBUS Master protocol) between CP341 RS 422/485 and Circutor . |
