Hi everyone, can anyone help me please?

I have TP 900 comfort which connected CPU 412-5 H, and it was in normal working process, but now on the screen nothing not shown, when I switch off and on again windows system is not launching, there is only black screen, power is normal, what can be reason? I attached image.

If You do not Change any thing in settings....of booting system 

unfortunately your screen  power supply is damaged you should send it to a nearest Siemens Service Center

I'm not sure what you mean by your question, but I'll try to answer it anyway. ;)

TIA Portal itself is an engineering system. Here you can create the HMI as well as the STEP 7 code and so on.
What kind of HMI you can use for a project depends on your WinCC Version:

• TIA Portal WinCC Basic: Basic Panels
• TIA Portal WinCC Comfort: all Panels usable in TIA Portal (Basic, Comfort, ...)
• TIA Portal WinCC Advanced: all Panels usable in TIA Portal, single PC
• TIA Portal WinCC Professional: all Panels usable in TIA Portal, single PC, SCADA 

Then there are the TIA Portal WinCC Runtimes:

• TIA Portal WinCC Runtime Advanced for the Single PC
• TIA Portal WinCC Runtime Professional for SCADA

So if the question is: "Can I use TIA Portal to create a SCADA System (like WinCC)?" the answer yes, With TIA Portal WinCC Professional. (But You can't copy&paste projects from the machine near HMI part (Basic/Comfort/Advanced) into the SCADA part (Professional), because the predecessor of the first three is WinCC flexible, the one of the latter is WinCC.)

Can you please describe your question a little more spezified?

You can start the Simulation of the TP900 in TIA portal. When you set the PG/PC Settings (Control Panel) to for example: NetworkcardName.TCPIP.1 then the Simulated Runtime should connect to the real PLC. So you can run your System while your Panel is back from Repair.

Please check the input voltage to your TP900 first. 

It seems that there is a damage happened in the power supply or power circuit of your panel.

Can you try to reset your panel to factory settings and then tell us if your problem solved?

How do you do an "Operating system update" (OS update) or "Reset to factory settings" on operator panels?
