Hello Chuah
Sorry, no it does not confirm this. What it says is thatSEND call uses"Job number 3" (A_NR:=0,3) and that the RECEIVE call uses "Job number 4"(A_NR:=0,4) onthe CP1430. "Jobs" 3 and 4 are configured on the CP1430soyou need to check the CP's configuration to determine the connection details. My guess is that it is an ISO connectionfor a send/receive based data exchange with ONE other S5 in which case the links below should help to reproducethese in the new S7. Where can you find sample programs and documentation for communication from SIMATIC S5 modules to SIMATIC S7 modules via Industrial Ethernet using the ISO transport protocol? Commissioning and Configuring an ISO Transport Connection between the SIMATIC S5 and SIMATIC S7 via Industrial Ethernet
You'll need to get either the standalone COM1430 software package OR the (S5) NCM integrated COM 1430 software package. I suggest you speak to your local Siemens representative and ask him nicely if he can perhaps provide you with a copy free of charge (it is not yet available as a free download, if you have Simatic card though you can get it also from Software Archive: COM 1430 TF V1.04). Last but not least, below are the links to the COM1430 manuals whichshould come in handy. SINEC CP 1430 TF withCOM 1430 TF Volume 1 of 2 SINEC CP 1430 TF with COM 1430 TF Volume 2 of 2 I hope this helps |
