hello every body. I have a machine, with 1 plc s7-416 2 as main plc, 5 s7-300 plc's as slave connecting to main with MPI and about 40 ET200S's half of them connected to DP port of my PLC and another half connecting to CP443-5 EXT on Profibus (as you can see in figure old-scheme) . I WANTED to upgrade the machine with substituting one of my ET200's with ET200SP PROFINET (TYPE:6ES7155-6AU01-0BN0), so I decided to change the plc to 416-3pn/dp (type: 6es7416-3es07-0ab0) and add another CP443-5 EXT to the system, to support the profibus nodes (because I need the ONLY MPI node on PLC FOR MPI connection of s7-300 s'), first I changed the hardware (as you can see in figure new scheme) second I copy the old program blocks to the new hardware third I changed the addresses of DI, DQ , AI AND AQ of that node I have decided to change. MY QUESTION is, should I again step by step configure the MPI system for each of my PLC's in NetPro and define global data again? or its just enough to delete my old plc and add new plc (as I describe above) and make some changes in hardware and addresses? another question is, when I am going in 'Define global data' its empty but the old system works fine, as I can remember we should define data' s we wanted to share between two PLC's in here. can you please tell me how the previous programmer define and transmit data' s through MPI in this system? NOTE: all of pictures are in "all pictures" attachment, new system with "new scheme" name and old system with "old scheme" name I will be so appreciate if you can help me on this. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Attachmentall pictures.zip (69 Downloads) |
