Did you change the Options -> Settings -> Default paths*** from their default settings?

Did you install TIA Portal V19 into a non-default location on your computer?

Is your project saved to an online resource rather than the local PC C: drive (or external thumb drive, or external SSD/HDD)?

It's crashing every time when I need to save as, archive, open a global library, etc. When I click on the 3 dots (…) to select the path the Sofware closes off.

File namings can be an issue. Does your user name on your PC use spaces or non ASCII characters or some reserved characters? Does TIA Portal point to files in that user folders?

As volunteers we may not be able to assist with all issues. Best to register a support request with Siemens to continue receiving professional help.

Not for these three questions.

This issue is happening for many of our engineers. 

[Attached] is an event log. I don't know if it can help to identify the cause.

I can only imagine that a tainted update ISO was used. The checksum of the download of the update can be checked against what is mentioned on the support web site.
