I am trying to simulate a MTP1900 Unified comfort panel.  When the project initially loads in the browser, I receive the message "Waiting for IPSimatic-Logon" for 2 minutes before the project finally loads.  It seems to be consistent at the 2 minute mark it finally loads.  I'm assuming this isn't typical behavior.  Is there a unified configuration that I may have causing this delay or a way to bypass this step just for simulation purposes?  I am working inside of a VM.

I don't know if this scenario is like yours, but I ran into this issue as well with the scenario being that my Unified PC RT was running on a Windows 11 VM.  However, the IPSimatic-Logon message (which also displayed for about 2 minutes) would only happen after I had imported a SIMATIC.HMI card file into Runtime Manager.  If I downloaded the Unified HMI configuration into Runtime directly from TIA Portal V19, everything would work ok.  So what I came to the conclusion was that, with Windows 10, I could import a SIMATIC.HMI card file into Runtime Manager, but in Windows 11 I had issues the first time. Perhaps this has something to do with the local user/UMC data (from TIA Portal) not being passed into Runtime Manager properly through a card file method? After I had downloaded from TIA Portal V19 directly into Runtime Manager the first time, subsequent usage of the card file import method worked just fine (meaning I didn’t get the IPSimatic-Logon message anymore).  

I've tried several projects and they all seem to have the same 2 minute wait.  I just went through the configuration again, I used a new self signed certificate, and confirmed the required user groups.  Edge and Firefox both have the 2 minute wait.

I  am using portal V18 Update 3.  This VM does have other versions installed, V17 and V19.

Had a customer with this same issue, re-loaded the project with the "keep current user administration data in runtime" box unchecked under the "Runtime values" tab prior to downloading. That solved it in this case
