Since the registration data is checked manually, it can take several days. After your data has been checked, you will receive an email from Siemens as to whether or not you have been approved to download export-restricted software.

Until then you will have to be patient.

depending on the volume of requests for export approval, the duration of the check varies. Usually the review takes 2-3 working days as long as all relevant data is filled in correctly. For more details please refer to this FAQ: Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this?

Please take into account that after 2 years you will receive an E-Mail asking if you want to renew the authorization. If this is not confirmed, the check must be done again.
