Hi Hans, It looks like the OB35 time setting is very close to the FProgram Time. When you developed your application in the past you might have used the S7FCOTIB.xls and calculated a certain maximum value for the Fprogram. You then added 5-6ms of extra time for your OB35 time. Now you have upgraded your Distributed Safety and the FPROG now takes more time perhaps more than 5-6 ms. You should recalculate the overall response time with the new settings for OB35, Ttr[token rotation time], Profisafe andSafety Program max monitoring time. OR purchase the 315FPNDP it is approx. 1.7 times faster than the 315F2DP but it is wider. OR purchase the 317F which is approximately 5.2 times faster than the 315F2DP. Hi Hans, May be you have some higher priority OBs which are interupting the OB35 and extending it. |
