You may have to download the V17 file if you don't have it. make a backup first for safety so you can go back if necessary. Attachment Atit.jpg (442 Downloads)

The only time the load button could be pressed was with USB, but then it refused. What is or where can i find the correct .img image to load from SD card? I've got a strong feeling the wrong image was installed last week. Ever since the update this problem appeared. you could make a backup of another HMI TP1200, if you have one, and transfer the restore, there by USB or SD.

I tried to put an image (.fwf) on a SD-card, but that didn't work. Internet says i need an .img file, but i cant find it anywhere. In TIA are so many images, i wouldn't know which version i should install.

I tried to put an image (.fwf) on an SD-card, but that didn't work. you do it for prosafe by way of example of mine which is 16 (C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V16\data\hmi\transfer\16.0\images\CP_7_9\CP_7_9_12_V16_0.fwf) Internet says i need an .img file, but i cant find it anywhere. In TIA are so many images, i wouldn't know which version i should install. or if you have another HMI, through the control panel, make a backup in USB or SD, and then in this HMI, do the Restore. when you try to transfer, are you in transfer mode on the HMI panel?

When i want to download, the stuff just don't want to go... I noticed that when i go online, the target device is filled in, and when i download, the target device remains empty.
