I am trying to connect a VirtualMachine1 (with UnifiedRtUp3 installed) as UmcAgent to another VirtualMachine2 that is a UmcRingServer (with TiaPortalV19up3 installed) but a error message appear.

I try to connect to throw TaiAdmin but a error message appear, “ The UMC Agent connot be connected to the server. UMC error message : UM Ring Server cannot be reached .”

But a don't know what ports should be open. Do you know what port should be open ?

The procedure i used is below (these are my notes and it is in french) and is there something missing ?

Procédure :

1. Le UmcRingServer est déjà configuré ;
2. Les GlobalUsers sont déjà importé de l’AD ;
3. Les Vm sont sur le même domaine (10.20.52.6 et 10.20.52.7);
4. Les ports sont tous ouverts entre les deux Vm;
5. Les pares-feux entrants/sortants sont désactivés sur le deux Vm;
6. Faire ceci :

1. Inscrire Username/Password du compte9:

1. Cliquer sur CentralUserManagement :

1. Cliquer sur Agent, entrer le nom du UmcRingServer  et cliquer sur Validate:
