Hello; First look at this discussion on different Safety implementation on Fire and Gas systems: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/which-type-fg-control-system-meets-your-requirements-hossein-nikuee So, basically, this is a Safety system that is based on a F-CPU (Safety CPU aka Failsafe CPU) a S7-1200FC CPU in your case using Functional Safety program blocks for S7-1200: The burner library pointed out by JacekD shows an example of how to use Safety blocks, you should study it carefully even ic uour project is slightly different.
