I am currently facing an issue with tag communication between our Siemens HMI (KTP700) and PLC (1214 model). The error message **"190011: Value could not be written to PLC"** appears, preventing successful data exchange.

Here is some information about my project

My HMI version is 17

TIA portal version is 20

I have disabled “ only allow secure PG/PC and HMI communication “ option

My project is about to write data to memory location M17.0 and read the status of output port q8.0

Note: I am able to exchange the data between the PLC and the virtual HMI, but there is no data exchange between the PLC and the physical HMI

I greatly appreciate your assistance and look forward to your guidance.

 You can set the date and time from the HMI operating system , when the HMI is booting up and shows you a selection of 3 buttons, select System from it and then you are at the operating system config.

Any settings are required from TIA portal? 

 Only to set the PLC date and time to the same as the HMI is.
